• Own and grow a portfolio of partner accounts, driving revenue and long-term commercial value • Optimise performance across the funnel, improving conversion rates from click to FTD • Identify and negotiate new commercial opportunities, including merchandising and deal structures • Build and maintain strong partner relationships through regular communication and face-to-face engagement • Support expansion into new GEOs, contributing to market growth and strategic initiatives • Mentor and coach junior team members, elevating team performance and capability
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, affiliate management, or sales within the iGaming/casino space
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights
- Demonstrated success in account optimisation and revenue growth
- Excellent negotiation and commercial judgement skills
- Experience managing partner relationships and driving engagement across multiple channels
- Industry awareness and understanding of affiliate or operator ecosystems
