• Lead the planning, development, and execution of multiple capital construction projects simultaneously. • Develop, review, and manage approved project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and budgets. • Coordinate contractor bidding, selection, and contract execution. • Maintain accurate construction records and databases for active and completed projects. • Conduct inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure work meets approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. • Monitor job sites to ensure safe construction practices are followed. • Work aligns with project schedules. • Contractors meet contractual scope and quality requirements. • Manage change orders and resolve construction issues to minimize schedule and cost impacts. • Ensure projects comply with CHS standards, local building codes, and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate contracts with contractors, suppliers, and service providers. • Develop and maintain strategic supplier and contractor relationships. • Negotiate pricing, equipment discounts, and service terms.

• Take overall responsibility for the operational planning, management, and monitoring of project progress. • Coordinate technical implementation work and ensure the technical quality of deliverables. • Organize and lead project teams; define objectives, milestones, and work packages. • Perform project-specific reporting and controlling. • Regularly coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and lead Steering Committee meetings.

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day project tasks and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives owned by the President's Office. • Submit, track, and follow up on Jira tickets; ensure issues are assigned, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner. • Manage budgeting requests, including preparing, submitting, and tracking budget documentation in coordination with Finance and relevant stakeholders. • Initiate, coordinate, and follow through on vendor agreements, SOWs, and renewals in collaboration with Legal and Procurement teams. • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison with external vendors, ensuring accountability, clear communication, and on-time delivery. • Act as a cross-departmental connector, facilitating alignment and communication across multiple Xsolla teams involved in President's Office projects. • Maintain up-to-date project documentation in Confluence, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, and decision logs. • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies; escalate issues as needed and recommend solutions. • Prepare and distribute regular project status updates for leadership and stakeholders. • Support the development and continuous improvement of project management processes, templates, and standards for the President's Office.

You don’t just watch projects happen; you drive them to completion. • You will manage at least 10 residential projects simultaneously—5 in active construction and 5 in pre-construction. • You will orchestrate estimators, drafters, superintendents, and field teams to keep everyone in sync. • You will forecast budgets, schedules, and resource needs across every project. You are expected to identify risks and catch 'scope creep' before it becomes a crisis. • You won’t just follow a process; you will build the frameworks, templates, and tracking systems we need to grow. • When a project hits a wall, you remove the blockage. You don’t wait for permission to solve problems; you exercise judgment and take action. • You will monitor budgets and schedules daily. You must ensure field teams don't make unauthorized changes that impact our profits or timelines. • You will lead through influence and collaboration, not threats or micromanagement.
