Role Description This company is expanding its pharmacy partnerships across the DACH region, and they need a commercially sharp, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to help drive that growth. This is not a script-and-dial role. You'll be the first point of contact for potential pharmacy partners — researching, reaching out, qualifying opportunities, and handing off warm leads to the broader sales team. It's a role for someone who has real sales experience, thrives on building professional relationships, and enjoys the early stages of a commercial cycle. This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates (minimum 20 hours/week). If you're looking for flexibility without giving up meaningful, career-building work, this could be the right fit. Qualifications - Native or fluent German speaker — this is a hard requirement; you will be representing the company in German-language markets every day - Proven sales experience — you've worked in a commercial, outbound, or business development role and you know how to open doors and move conversations forward - 2–4 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, or a similar outward-facing sales role - Pharmacy or healthcare industry background is a strong advantage — familiarity with how pharmacies operate or experience selling into the sector will set you apart - A confident, polished communicator who builds credibility quickly with professional partners - Self-directed and organised — you can manage your own pipeline and stay on top of follow-ups without being micromanaged - Able to work during CET business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM) Requirements - Identifying and approaching potential pharmacy partners across the DACH market to build a strong, qualified pipeline - Leading outreach and pre-sales conversations entirely in German, communicating the company's value proposition clearly and professionally - Conducting market research to uncover new partnership opportunities and track trends in the pharmaceutical and wellness space - Setting and tracking KPIs for outreach activity and continuously refining your approach based on results - Maintaining accurate CRM and lead database records so the wider sales team can move quickly - Collaborating with marketing and growth teams to align outreach efforts with broader commercial strategy Benefits - Salary: Up to $2,000 USD/month (full-time) | Part-time arrangements considered (minimum 20 hours/week, pro-rated accordingly) - Fully remote with flexibility within CET hours - Paid annual leave - Direct exposure to a fast-growing European health and life sciences company - Learning and development opportunities through The Global Talent Co. - A collaborative, international team environment

In this position (BDR), you’ll enter the role with a set base salary of 102,808,230 COP and on-target commission of 44,060,670 COP providing you with a total on-target earnings (OTE) of 146,868,900 COP. As you promote throughout the career progression track of the program, both base salary and commission (and OTE as a result) will increase.
