Damper Engineer

PTSG Fire Safety Solutions

Role Description We’re looking for a Fire Damper Engineer to join our growing team at Indepth Hygiene Services, a PTSG company specialising in fire damper inspections and commercial deep cleaning services. - Carry out planned annual fire damper inspections across the South West. - Ensure vital life safety systems are in top working order. - Use our digital system “Boris” to record findings, capturing evidence and reports on site. - Inspect up to 40 dampers daily, with bonuses of £5 per damper above your daily target. Qualifications - Experience in fire damper inspection, ventilation or HVAC work preferred. - Full UK driving licence. - Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS. - A practical, can-do attitude and good physical fitness. Requirements - Excellent earning potential – realistic OTE of £40k+ (bonus + overtime). - Regular overtime at 1.5x pay (weekends available for those who want them). - Company vehicle & fuel card. - Work as part of a two-person team – no lone working. - Stable, full-time permanent role with plenty of work year-round. - All uniform, tools, and PPE provided. - Real career growth in one of the UK’s most trusted fire safety specialists.
