Qualifications - Deep expertise in payroll and employment compliance within a specific country or region, with strong knowledge of legislation and payroll calculations. - Proven experience leading audits, compliance programs, or regulatory reviews in complex or multi-country environments. - Demonstrated ability to translate legal and regulatory requirements into product or system specifications. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, particularly in high-risk or sensitive scenarios. - Experience designing scalable processes, frameworks, and controls for compliance operations. - Ability to mentor, coach, and develop team capabilities in compliance and payroll expertise. - Comfortable working in a fully remote, asynchronous, and fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
