Senior Sales Representative
Shape Technologies Group
• Responsible for achieving sales targets, revenue and gross margin in the region. • Actively acquire, retain and grow business in the DACH region. • Manage and implement the local sales network, including agents and finders. • Manage existing customers and develop new business in target industries. • Provide competent advice to customers and sales partners on the technical features and applications of the technology. • Independently negotiate with customers within company guidelines. • Majority of working time spent visiting customers. • Conduct sales analyses and planning in cooperation with marketing. • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads.
Job Requirements
- Engineering degree (mechanical or electrical) or equivalent qualification.
- 5–7 years' sales experience selling machine tools.
- Proven strong sales track record.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills; results-driven.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong customer relationships.
- Proactive, passionate about sales with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
- Valid driver's license.
