Role Description Esta oportunidade é para atuação em um de nossos clientes, que vive um forte momento de expansão, com diversas novas vagas abertas. Trata-se de um parceiro estratégico da AWS, reconhecido como Top 3 Partner AWS em 2025 e Top 10 da América da Ameria Latina (LATAM). O Desafio: Um cargo de SDR (Sales Development Representative) será responsável por qualificar leads em grande escala, focando em empresas maiores e mais complexas. Atuar na etapa inicial do processo de vendas, identificando e qualificando potenciais clientes do ramo da educação para a equipe de vendas. Principais Responsabilidades: - Qualificação de Leads: O SDR trabalha com listas geradas pela AWS, por ele mesmo ou pelo marketing e realiza uma análise inicial para determinar se possuem potencial para se tornarem clientes do ramo da educação. - Pesquisa e Prospecção: Realiza pesquisas detalhadas sobre as empresas e contatos identificados, buscando entender suas necessidades e dores para verificar o encaixe com a solução oferecida. - Abordagem Inicial: Entra em contato com os leads por meio de diversos canais, como e-mail, telefone ou redes sociais, para apresentar a empresa e seus produtos/serviços. - Agendamento de Reuniões: Após identificar leads qualificados, o SDR agenda reuniões com a equipe de vendas para que possam dar continuidade ao processo comercial. - Gestão de Cadências: Utiliza ferramentas de automação e gestão de cadências para manter contato consistente com os leads, nutrindo-os até que estejam prontos para avançar no processo de vendas. - Feedback para o Marketing: Fornece feedback constante para o time de marketing sobre a qualidade dos leads recebidos, auxiliando na otimização das campanhas e estratégias. - Colaboração com a Equipe de Vendas: Trabalha em estreita colaboração com a equipe de vendas, repassando os leads qualificados e auxiliando na preparação para as reuniões. Qualifications - Experiência comprovada como SDR ou em desenvolvimento de negócios. - Conhecimento em técnicas de negociação como BANT, AIDA e SPIN Selling. - Conhecimento do setor de TI e soluções em nuvem. - Habilidades excepcionais de comunicação e negociação. - Capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico e orientado para resultados. - Resiliência e habilidade para superar desafios e atingir metas. Requirements - Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita para interagir com leads e apresentar a empresa. - Capacidade de influenciar e persuadir leads a avançar no processo de vendas. - Habilidade para gerenciar múltiplas tarefas e leads simultaneamente. - Capacidade de lidar com rejeições e manter a motivação. - Flexibilidade para se adaptar a diferentes tipos de leads e situações. - Entendimento profundo sobre os produtos e serviços oferecidos. - Domínio de ferramentas de CRM, prospecção e automação de marketing.
