Role Overview: Could you be our next Agent Licensing Specialist? American Income Life is looking for an Agent Licensing Specialist to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and/or monitoring the life cycle of agents appointed by the company, enabling them to sell products. This is a remote / work-from-home position. What You Will Do: - Gathering and reporting of information. - Problem solving and evaluating various agency related tasks and reports in a timely manner. - Perform various clerical duties and data entry with a high degree of accuracy. - Exercise judgmental decisions in an independent manner based on company guidelines. - Effectively communicate verbally and in writing. - Meet department deadlines and efficiently handle distribution to appropriate parties. - Utilize various resources to gather information as needed to make informed decisions. - Handle diverse assignments as become necessary in the department, such as internal audit, compliance discussions as well as handling complaints as needed. What You Can Bring: - Minimum typing requirement of 40 wpm. - Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent thereof. - Ability to learn standard office equipment as well as various software packages required by the department, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to learn other programs and applications. - Ability to understand and apply a variety of oral and written instructions, demonstrates initiative. Must be organized with attention to detail to meet necessary deadlines. - Must be flexible to changes in processes and procedures as determined by management or Regulatory entities. - Proficient communication skills including proper grammar, word usage, and punctuation in writing and verbally. - Ability to meet department production requirements with efficiency and accuracy.
