• The experienced Lead Engineer in Protection and Control design. Develop and applies engineering techniques, concepts and approaches to complex and unique engineering problems. • Provides guidance and direction on departmental standards, policies and procedures. • Applies and integrates Owner QA programs with Commonwealth program. Ensures compliance with company quality program through individual and team related tasks or deliverables. • Supports continuous improvement and change management efforts by proactively presenting leadership with new suggestions around process and practices innovation and participating in the implementation. • Communicates directly with all internal and external team members to identify and coordinate details of work on multifaceted projects.

• Work on the verification and validation of safety-critical software components for the aircraft battery management system (BMS) in accordance with DO-178C standards. • Design, develop, and document comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test procedures derived from high-level and low-level software requirements. • Execute Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing to verify battery algorithms and low-level drivers. • Identify, document, and track software defects using automated tracking systems; collaborate with embedded developers to analyze root causes and verify fixes. • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks (C/C++, Python) to improve testing efficiency and coverage. • Design and execute tests to verify software fault detection and diagnostic algorithms, including insulation breakdown, short circuits, and sensor failures. • Analyze sensor data (cell voltages, pack current) and test results to ensure accurate state estimation and protection function performance. • Participate in software audits and reviews to ensure all verification activities comply with DO-178C certification requirements.

• Providing real-time monitoring and evaluation of drilling and well parameters in order to complete operations in a safe and efficient manner • Collecting and ensure both surface and down-hole data is stored in the database and preparing required deliverables • Participating in managing the job cycle activities to proactively impact service delivery • Mentoring junior engineers on raising the competencies by developing specific processes and procedures • Providing technical support for the assigned product portfolio and associated software when required • Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, code of conduct and compliance requirements
