Role Description We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, Loan Processing Administrator with 1-3 years experience in the Australian mortgage space, who’s ready to take the next step in their career and move into a more ownership-driven role. This position is ideal for someone who’s developed a strong foundation in loan processing and is now looking to take greater control of files, manage their own pipeline and play a more central role in the end-to-end application process. This is a client-facing role, where you’ll act as the key point of contact, managing communication with clients, referral partners, conveyancers, builders and real estate agents throughout the process. Responsibilities - Manage your own loan application pipeline end to end from submission through to settlement, acting as the main point of contact for clients, referral partners and agents. - Provide consistent, proactive updates to clients and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and transparent experience. - Liaise with lenders, solicitors and third parties, proactively following up and escalating where required to meet timeframes. - Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep applications progressing. - Prepare and submit loan application documents and supporting packs. - Collect, organise and maintain all client documentation, ensuring files are accurate, complete and compliant. - Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and loan information. - Track application progress and coordinate tasks to support brokers and ensure deadlines are met. - Provide day to day administrative support including managing emails, calendars, valuations and pricing requests. Qualifications - Minimum 1–3 years experience in Australian mortgage processing, credit analysis, or broker support. - Strong understanding of AU lending policies, documentation, and compliance requirements. - Hands-on experience with ApplyOnline and/or lender systems. - Hands-on experience with ordering valuations and completing lender pricing. - Familiarity with CRM tools such as SalesTrekker, Mercury, MyCRM, or similar. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong written and verbal English communication skills. - Confident in coordinating directly with clients, with the ability to build rapport and handle one-on-one interactions with clients both via phone and email.
