• Collaborate with business owners and product manager to determine the business needs and create functional requirements for project team • Gather all relevant information before drawing conclusions, making decisions or suggesting possible technology solutions • Lead cross functional teams by liaising between business partners, product managers and technology teams in creation of features, stories and acceptance criteria, supporting the timely implementation of initiatives • Analyze impacted products and processes for gaps (AS-IS and TO-BE) and identify innovative solutions that balance timelines, scope and complexity • Coordinate with technical resources to develop workable solutions that meet customer expectations • Drive pre-release planning process
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field
- 1 - 2 years of work experience in an analysis role
- Experience with MS office products (i.e., Word, Visio, Excel, Power Point)
- Experience working in Agile development projects
- Knowledge of project management and software delivery methodologies is desired
- Experience with Power Platform especially PowerApps is a plus
- Experience with BMC Helix is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps is a plus
- Experience utilizing AI (Glean, Cursor AI) is a plus

Overview The Business Operations group works in small project teams to identify and address complex business challenges. The team operates like an internal consulting group to define and drive strategic, operational, and organizational improvements across the business. He or she will have the ability to solve business problems of moderate scope and deliver insights that enable timely and effective operational decision-making.
