Role Description The Coordination Intern will be responsible for providing coordination support and will report directly to the Coordination Leader working as part of our Operations team. The purpose of QIMA’s Operations team is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality. Key Responsibilities include: - Inspections schedule arrangements in the assigned zone, in line with our clients’ timelines and requirements. - Supplier’s relationship management from operation set-up (supplier onboarding and engagement) to actual service scheduling. - Resource planning and allocation according to service types, inspectors’ expertise, and transport cost optimization. - Ensure some daily operational support to our field inspectors and to the suppliers.
