UKG Ready Payroll/HR System Consultant
Align HCM
• Lead clients through the full UKG Ready implementation lifecycle —from discovery workshops and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and go-live • Configure and optimize UKG Ready Payroll and Core HR modules using best practices • Partner with client stakeholders to understand business processes and design effective solutions • Facilitate client workshops, working sessions, and solution reviews • Manage testing cycles, data validation, and system acceptance • Collaborate with project managers and other consultants on multi-module implementations • Provide post-go-live support and best practice guidance to ensure long-term client success • Stay up to date on UKG Ready product enhancements and implementation methodologies
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of UKG Ready (Kronos Workforce Ready) implementation experience, especially in Payroll / HR
- Experience configuring or supporting HRIS / Payroll systems
- Understanding of software implementation lifecycle and system testing
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with client stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with additional UKG Ready modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, etc.) is a plus.
