• Do you want to help shape the industrial future and support companies in strategically and practically deploying AI? • As an experienced AI Consultant (m/f/d) with a technical background, you translate complex production and engineering challenges into data-driven solutions. • You advise our clients across the entire AI lifecycle – from the idea and proof of concept to production integration. • Advise industrial companies on strategies and use cases for AI and data analytics • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize use cases in production environments • Develop business cases for AI projects • Design and implement prototypes and pilot projects • Support the technical implementation at the interface of IT and OT • Work closely with data scientists, IT architects, and C-level decision makers • Train and enable customers in the use of AI tools and processes

• Advising our clients on Power BI, Power Platform, and Copilot • Analyzing requirements and translating them into technical concepts • Developing dashboards, reports, and automations • Integrating data sources and building data models • Supporting the implementation of AI-powered Microsoft solutions • Training and enabling end users • Contributing to internal projects to further develop our Microsoft portfolio

• You will take overall responsibility, planning, and implementation of international projects (with budgets up to and exceeding €10M per year) together with a team of experienced consultants • You will support client communication—mostly at C-level—on project progress and advise clients on optimization opportunities based on our experience • Create business cases • Support tendering processes • Take responsibility for project management with an IT focus • Ensure progress and achievement of objectives in terms of time, budget, and quality • Be part of the project team and coordinating support organizations; manage external service providers • Apply project management methodologies • Ensure transparency at all project phases
