Senior Analytics Engineer
Northbeam
• Own end-to-end internal ELT data pipelines: from API ingestion all the way to self-serve dashboards. • Build and maintain canonical data models and metric definitions (for product adoption, usage, and marketing metrics). • Build dashboards and shared analytics tools to support decision making, data-driven content, and self-serve BI. • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to translate business questions into data requirements. • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance of data pipelines.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering supporting product teams.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with SQL and Python.
- Experience with ELT data pipeline tooling and systems (e.g. dbt, Airflow, BigQuery).
- Experience with schema design and evolution for internal data warehouses.
- Ownership mindset and an ability to drive projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
