• Conduct telephone prospecting to identify new business opportunities • Develop high-quality sales presentations and creative proposals • Plan and execute sales and mailing campaigns • Independently run social media campaigns to generate leads and strengthen the brand • Organize appointments, meetings, travel and events • Actively support the sales team by handling customer inquiries • Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotes.

Job Requirements

  • Enrolled student (ideally in Economics, Business Administration, (Business) Informatics or a related field)
  • Enthusiasm for HR and IT topics, and an interest in AI in the HR context
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, creativity and a team-oriented attitude
  • Enjoys customer interaction and working in sales
  • Interest in later developing into a Sales Manager role
