Channel Sales Manager
DIRTT
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling DIRTT's products and services to existing clients. • Contribute to the development of account growth strategies and business development initiatives. • Alongside DIRTT’s Product Strategy team, gather feedback from clients and use this input to drive product and service enhancements. • Act as the partner's advocate within the organization, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. • Educate clients and partners on DIRTT's innovative construction processes and sustainable solutions. • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and sales contracts to clients and partners, effectively communicating the value proposition of DIRTT solutions. • Ensure a smooth transition of active opportunities from the Business Development Manager at or between the Assessment and Negotiation/Design stage. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their goals and objectives. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle. • Anticipate client needs and proactively address any concerns or issues that may arise, acting as the technical advisor to all project stakeholders. • Provide preconstruction services by performing quantity take offs, rough order magnitude (ROM) budgets, scope of work delineations and construction proposals. • Collaborate with internal DIRTT teams (like BD Reps or Partners) to ensure seamless project execution. • Work with architects, designers, engineers, contractors, etc. to value engineer and coordinate drawings and approvals. • Assist in the negotiation and execution of contracts and agreements with clients. • Provide regular project updates and status reports to and between DIRTT’s forecasting team, Partners, and Clients. • Manage the pipeline of opportunities alongside the related DIRTT Construction Partners. • Collecting wins and related stories from the field for marketing purposes. • Accurately forecast sales and communicate project requirements effectively to operations and finance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, architecture or engineering.
- Commercial construction knowledge.
- Fluency in sales enablement tools (i.e. CRM systems, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Partner experience can be beneficial.

About the Company Launched in 2018, OI Infusion aims to improve the patient and provider experience while simultaneously lowering costs for both providers and payers. The company operates both an infusion management service organization (MSO) and a network of multi-site ambulatory specialty infusion centers, called Novella. The MSO business line offers services such as staffing, managing operations, and revenue cycle operations for physician practices, enabling the specialty groups to provide infusion services to their patient base. Today, we have over 20 clinics across the US. The Novella ambulatory specialty infusion centers, a recent addition to the business as of 2021, allow for the business to contract directly with payers and are a major lever for future growth. Since its inception, Novella has scaled to operate over 30 clinics in the New England region, 9 of which were launched in 2024. Having grown in size and revenue to over $150M, OI Infusion has identified an exciting growth opportunity in the infusion space. The business is uniquely positioned to scale with the Novella business and is confident in the potential for the ambulatory specialty infusion centers to drive revenue growth over the next few years. Position Summary The Infusion Specialist is an ambitious professional who is motivated by working in a small, dynamic team and excited to play a key role in a rapidly expanding business within a fast-growing industry. The Infusion Specialist develops their own market plan, builds partner relationships, and grows their accounts. Infusion Specialists are expected to deliver individual results while also supporting their teammates and being engaged in the broader Novella Infusion team. The right candidate will have the opportunity to help shape strategy and make an outsized impact on growth. The Role The Enterprise Sales Executive will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and be responsible for winning new business with medium to large self-insured employers and related risk-bearing customers. The right person will be a disciplined enterprise seller who can open doors, navigate complex buying processes, build executive relationships, and close large, multi-stakeholder deals. This person must be comfortable selling a value-based story grounded in clinical outcomes, healthcare economics, and measurable ROI.
