• New customer acquisition: identifying and approaching prospective customers within the defined market segment • Building and maintaining relationships at all levels • Managing the entire sales cycle – from lead qualification and presentations to negotiations and closing • Analyzing customer needs and developing appropriate solution proposals • Preparing and delivering product presentations, demos and pitches tailored to customer needs • Building and maintaining the sales pipeline and forecasting, and using the CRM system (HubSpot) to manage and track leads and opportunities • Close collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, Solution Consulting) to ensure a successful sales process • Participating in customer events, industry events and trade shows
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B software sales (preferably SaaS), ideally in digital procure-to-pay solutions, payment solutions, or similar software such as finance or ERP systems
- Proven track record of building and closing sales deals/projects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
- Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, with a structured approach to work
- Business-fluent German and English
- University degree (Bachelor and/or Master) in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
