• As a Field Sales Consultant, you are the knowledgeable advisor for our customers on all matters relating to seed products. • You sell our comprehensive product range within your sales territory. • With creativity and commitment, you cultivate and maintain your customer relationships. • Through your persuasive manner, you win new customers for our company and thereby expand our market position. • As a sales consultant, you prepare tailored offers which you pursue and process diligently. • You always keep an eye on market developments and competitors and are motivated to achieve the agreed sales targets. • You will also receive support from colleagues at the local office. • At trade fairs and events, you present the latest agricultural products with enthusiasm and dedication.
Job Requirements
- You hold an agricultural degree or a commercial and/or agricultural vocational qualification, or have comparable training/experience.
- You are a passionate salesperson (m/f/d) and enjoy active customer contact.
- As an agricultural sales consultant, you know the farmer customer segment, have solid agricultural knowledge, and ideally bring experience from the agribusiness sector.
- You also convince with a confident appearance, are highly communicative, and present persuasive arguments.
- You sell our agricultural product range with enthusiasm.
