Client Engagement Executive, Insurance

• As a Client Engagement Executive, you will be the primary account executive responsible for cultivating and expanding strategic relationships with Ensono’s insurance clients. • You will drive profitable growth, leverage company-wide resources to address client satisfaction, ensure world-class delivery, identify account risks and growth opportunities, and position Ensono as a trusted partner for your clients’ digital transformation journey. • Expand key technical and business relationships, maximizing the current service portfolio and driving whitespace growth across Ensono products and services. • Build and nurture partnerships and alliances (e.g., Dell, AWS, Microsoft, IBM) that support client transformation and growth. • Drive profitable revenue growth within the client account, including expanding the portfolio of services beyond the initial new logo acquisition. • Collaborate with technical sales specialists, advisory, and consulting teams to uncover client needs and position Ensono’s solutions for maximum impact. • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve assigned quota and revenue goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
  • 15+ years of sales experience
  • Demonstrable experience in enterprise-scale solution selling, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory and compliance environment for Insurance companies
  • Demonstrable revenue growth within enterprises that generate $2B-$15B in annual revenue
  • Understanding of the managed services marketplace – key players, competitive strengths, and weaknesses, etc.
  • Experience working in a matrixed sales environment
  • Experience in managed services and consultancy sales preferred.
  • Cloud and related digital services sales experience.
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully navigating mid- and large-sized enterprises to drive IT and business-led opportunity creation.

Description Liberty Mutual has an immediate opening for an Excess and Coverage Senior Technical Claims Specialist as part of our Excess, Coverage and Specialized Claims Unit. In this role, under moderate direction, you will handle a book of Commercial Casualty Excess/Umbrella and Specialized claims, throughout the entire claims life cycle. Excess claim types include, but are not limited to, premises liability, auto, products, mass torts, employers liability, environmental, and specialty claim across the United States for both Coverage A and Coverage B claims on admitted and non-admitted paper. Complex Excess claims experience needed to evaluate claims with significant financial exposure. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting investigations, recommending adequate reserves, monitoring, documenting, assessing any risk transfer potential, and settling/closing claims in an expeditious and economical manner within prescribed authority limits for the line of business. There is a strong preference for the selected candidate to live within 50-mile radius of one of the listed hub offices: Boston, MA; Plano, TX; Suwanee, GA; Indianapolis, IN; Hoffman Estates, IL; Lake Oswego, OR; Las Vegas, NV, Chandler, AZ or Weatogue, CT. This policy is subject to change. We will consider a remote candidate if you do not live within 50-miles of one of these offices. The salary range posted reflects the range for the varying pay scale that encompasses each of the Liberty Mutual regions, and the overall cost of labor for that region. May analyze the impact upon claims policies and procedures and advises Claims Management so appropriate action can be taken where required. - Leads and participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
