• Develop strategy and execute programs that reduce energy and water consumption, carbon emissions, and costs across manufacturing facilities • Guide utilization of the UMAP platform across facilities • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners and evaluate technologies • Deliver scalable improvements in energy performance and sustainability outcomes • Serve as technical subject matter expert for utilities efficiencies, optimization, and carbon reduction initiatives • Develop and maintain engineering standards, specifications, guidelines, and best practices • Identify, evaluate, and apply emerging technologies and industry best practices • Promote efficiency improvements in various systems including lighting and water usage • Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to engineering, operations, and maintenance teams • Lead and support energy and carbon reduction projects • Conduct cost and benefit analysis for energy‑related needs • Track reduction initiative projects to support long‑term sustainability targets • Plan for metering expansion and support utility metering growth • Quantify energy savings, emissions reductions, and financial impacts of initiatives.

• Serve as the dedicated technical support point of contact for assigned strategic partners • Build trusted advisor relationships with partner Support and CX Success teams • Conduct regular sync meetings with partner support teams to review open issues and trends • Triage and manage escalated technical issues from partner support teams • Act as internal advocate to drive resolution of critical partner-reported issues • Coordinate with internal Engineering, QE, and Product teams to investigate complex technical problems • Provide advanced technical troubleshooting guidance for complex device, connectivity, and integration issues • Develop and maintain partner-specific troubleshooting guides and known issue documentation • Deliver product training and technical deep dives to partner support teams for new product launches

• Document business requirements and configuration designs • Execute queries to support metrics, reporting, and analysis • Provide production and triage support to help resolve system issues • Assist with ongoing configuration and system support initiatives

• Work closely with all members of the project team • Participation and application of DPR’s Environmental Health and Safety Plan • Understanding and enforcement of contracts, including between DPR and subcontractors as well as DPR and the owner • Assist the superintendent and project manager in the implementation of DPR policies and the execution of the project • Organizing the duties of other engineers, field office coordinator, project accountant and other assigned project staff • Preparation, monitoring, and updating project schedules • Identifying, assembling, negotiating, and distributing change orders to both the owner and subcontractors
