As a Life & Retirement Advocate, you’ll play a key role in supporting annuity operations and ensuring a smooth, accurate, and compliant experience for our customers and field partners. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years of college preferred. - 1–2 years of experience in retirement services operations or financial services industry. - FINRA Series 6/63 licenses strongly required. - Strong understanding of retirement products, IRS tax regulations, and FINRA/SEC requirements. - Excellent communication and analytical skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy; above-average math/accounting skills. - Prior call center or customer service experience preferred. - Commitment to ongoing learning, including LOMA/ACS coursework encouraged. - Flexibility to work overtime or adjust schedules as needed. Requirements - Process annuity new business and in-force transactions accurately and efficiently. - Review applications to ensure all requirements are received “In Good Order” and identify any discrepancies. - Communicate effectively with the field sales team via phone and email to obtain required information. - Gain and apply knowledge of annuity processes, including ACH transactions, allocation changes, withdrawals, and surrenders. - Meet or exceed established service standards, productivity, and quality goals. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with peers and leadership to maintain workflow efficiency and service excellence. • Perform title searches, verifying, reviewing and compiling information. • Examine title orders within company guidelines. • Research title plant software and analyze documents. • Prepare a comprehensive title commitment. • Provide title examination review of products and services. • Explain chain of title, exceptions, and requirements to customers. • Monitor errors committed by vendor partners and recommend corrective action.
• Reviews/Evaluates/Examines commercial title search documentation. • Prepares and reviews title commitment(s)/pro forma(s), lender closing instructions and contracts. • Works collaboratively with all stakeholders including internal operations teams, underwriting, client, outside counsel, and title agent partners. • Process and provide support with draw requests and maintain files related to construction. • Prepare closing documents; ancillary documents; title related affidavits; pro-forma policies and endorsements. • Attend to title curative matters and identify requirements of survey exceptions. • Prepare and issue final title policies, e-recordings and all post closing duties. • Monitors workflow queues and department reports to ensure timely processing of the file through title delivery and closing.
