Role Description - Schwachstellen- & Risikoanalyse: - Bewertung aktueller monatlicher Schwachstellen und deren Auswirkungen im Austausch mit unseren SOC- und Betriebsteams – inklusive Ableitung notwendiger Maßnahmen. - Patch & Update Management: - Verantwortung für Patchprozess, -Planung und -Automatisierung. - Koordination der Umsetzung zeitnaher Sicherheitsupdates in Kunden- und internen Umgebungen. - SOC Security Services: - Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Security-Komponenten (z. B. Microsoft XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, ESET Antivirus, Logging, Hardening). - Security Refinement Service: - Durchführung regelmäßiger Security-Analysen, Empfehlungen und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen im Rahmen der kontinuierlichen Kundenberatung. - Onboarding & Integration: - Unterstützung beim erfolgreichen Übergang neuer Kunden in den SOC-Betrieb – von der technischen Integration bis zur Feinabstimmung der Sicherheitskonfigurationen. - Proaktive Weiterentwicklung: - Mitgestaltung unseres SOC-Serviceangebotes und Identifikation neuer Sicherheits- und Optimierungspotenziale. - Incident-Unterstützung: - Analyse sicherheitsrelevanter Ereignisse und technische Begleitung bei der Bearbeitung von Incidents. Qualifications - Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung im Security-Umfeld. - Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Vulnerability Management, Patch Management und Endpoint-Security-Lösungen. - Erfahrung mit gängigen Sicherheitsstandards und -technologien (z. B. MITRE ATT&CK, SIEM, EDR, Antivirus). - Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für IT-Infrastrukturen (Netzwerke, Server, Virtualisierung, Cloud). - Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, auch in stressigen Situationen ruhig und lösungsorientiert. - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
