Role Description The Sales Representative for IT Managed Services will play a critical, frontline sales role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients within multi-location industries (i.e. Senior Living, Hospitality, Retail) or other ASD strongholds where we can leverage existing relationships. The position requires a deep understanding of client challenges in: - IT Support - Service Desk - Depot & Logistics - Field Services - Merger & Acquisition scenarios This expertise will be leveraged to effectively communicate and position our services as the ideal solution to a wide range of organizations. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring a consultative sales approach that aligns with their technical requirements and business objectives. By collaborating closely with technical teams, the Sales Representative ensures seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, this role contributes to expanding the company’s market presence and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional client engagement. Location: Huntsville, AL, Alpharetta, GA, Hickory NC. Remote application will be considered for the right candidate. Qualifications - Strong background selling Managed Service offerings to multi-location industries. - Associate degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline. - Equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience may be considered. - Minimum 3-5 years experience in sales, preferably within IT services or technology solutions. - Strong understanding of Information Technologies, such as Service Desk, Infrastructure Management, monitoring or network management operations, and common support technologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Workspace suite. Requirements - Experience selling managed IT services or technical support solutions. - Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. - Ability to analyze client IT environments and recommend appropriate service packages. Responsibilities - Cultivate strategic relationships with potential partners by identifying organizations whose success would be enhanced through specialized IT Service Desk support solutions. - Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client IT support challenges and tailor service offerings accordingly. - Present and demonstrate the benefits of IT Managed Service solutions, addressing client questions and concerns to facilitate informed decision-making. - Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close sales while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service delivery for clients. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our services. - Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and generate leads. - Develop and facilitate presentations to current and potential clients. Market Sales Representative II's are responsible for planning and implementing sales and service for customers across accounts. They report directly to a Market Sales Manager (MSM) and are compensated within the parameters of a competitive salary-plus-commission plan. Work Environment & Travel Requirements: This is a remote position with regular field-travel supporting the Plano, TX territory, covering approximately a 100-mile span. To be considered, candidates must reside in Plano, TX, or the surrounding areas, and relocation assistance is not available for this position.
