• Your purpose in the 30-hour part-time position as (Psycho-Social) Innovations Counselor within the Innovations Team from 01.05. or 01.06.2026 (fixed-term until 31.12.2026) is primarily to advance chat counseling for children and adolescents at krisenchat to a level of excellence. • You primarily counsel acute, challenging, or so-called prioritized chats, predominantly during evening and night hours. • With your expertise you support and accompany our interns and volunteer counselors using the four-eyes principle (joint oversight). • As part of your role you participate in regular intervision sessions, supervision and workshops to ensure high counseling quality. • You will be trained for on-call duty. • You are part of the Innovations Team, which focuses on the continuous development of the platform and counseling features. • Identification of professional, ethical or methodological risks and development potentials of our counseling and the counseling platform. • Documentation of test results in standardized feedback and testing protocols. • Participation in evaluation rounds and internal meetings to interpret test results and derive necessary adjustments.

Role Description We’re looking for an Education Advisor to join our UK Sales team and work closely with Multi‑Academy Trusts (MATs) across England. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll combine your educational expertise with strong relationship management skills to help schools get the most value from Renaissance solutions. As a trusted advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact for senior leaders and assessment leads across your portfolio of MATs. Through these partnerships, you’ll support schools to use data meaningfully, strengthen teaching and learning, and ultimately improve outcomes for pupils.
