Region Account Manager – Grocery Central

ITO EN (North America) INC.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Grocery channel to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets. • Identify and prioritize market opportunities, aligning resources to maximize impact and return on investment. • Lead the creation and execution of promotional strategies and programs tailored to the Grocery environment. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Grocery customers, including national and regional chains in both Conventional and Natural. • Collaborate with account teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive mutual growth. • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms while fostering long-term partnerships. • Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies. • Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to ensure the achievement of sales and profitability goals. • Stay informed on industry innovations and Grocery consumer behavior to maintain a competitive edge. • Demonstrate the aptitude to manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance. • Partner with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align Grocery strategies with overall business objectives. • Deliver regular updates to senior leadership on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the Grocery channel in the CPG industry.
  • Proven ability to build and execute successful sales strategies within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in TPM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
