• Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with Tribal communities, organizations, and leadership across the U.S. West Coast. • Lead community outreach and engagement efforts in a way that is respectful, responsive, and aligned with community priorities and timelines. • Serve as a consistent and reliable point of connection between Kambo and Tribal partners, helping ensure relationships are maintained with care and integrity. • Support communities in understanding and accessing energy efficiency, housing, and clean energy opportunities that align with their goals and needs. • Listen deeply to community priorities and bring those perspectives into internal conversations, program development, and strategic planning. • Represent Kambo at community meetings, gatherings, conferences, and events with professionalism, humility, and cultural awareness.
