Role Description - Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents to prepare accurate flooring estimates. - Perform digital take-offs and measurements using PlanSwift. - Apply Callidus (Carpet Software) for carpet and flooring-specific estimating. - Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and suppliers to ensure estimates align with project requirements. - Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, including materials, labor, and overhead. - Identify potential risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings. - Maintain organized records of estimates and revisions for future reference. - Provide timely updates and reports to management on bid progress and outcomes.
