Channel Account Executive

Role Description The Channel Account Executive, based in Denmark, will be responsible for the engagement of our Nordics area channel partners. Focus will be to support existing and target new channel partners across the region with the objective of accelerating sales, generating new demand, and promoting single brand loyalty. The main role is to increase revenues and ensure regular communication with the greater Benelux & Nordics team. What your day will look like - Work closely with channel partners as well as sales and marketing leadership to determine the operational needs of the program in the region. - Set direction by prioritizing and organizing activities to achieve objectives and contribute to the regional strategy. - Prepare business plans and define performance objectives with regular partner account reviews. - Work to program success measurement and achieve improvement objectives. - Convey relevant information from product management and offering transformation teams into the channel partner community in a standardized way across EMEA. - Work with field sales teams to identify trends and needs of the regions as it pertains to channel partners. - Maintain flexibility to take on added responsibility as channel partner spokesperson when needed to support regional events, webinars, round tables or one-on-one engagements. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in the security industry with Video Management Systems and Access Control. - Experience of managing partners and facing Director levels. - Understanding of the project cycle from end-user through consultancy, design, delivery through the integrator channel, and subsequent support, client engagement and ultimate customer experience. - Strong Account Management skills. - Competency in partnership development and project management. - Excellent presentation skills and experience doing client demonstrations. - Proven sales achievement / track record within technology sales. - Strong knowledge of MS Office. - English to a business standard. - Danish language. Requirements - Ability to work in a complex sales environment. - Excellent communication skills. - Experience in the security industry with the ability to maintain contacts at different levels. - Must have strong time management skills and be a multitasker. - Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers, integrators, consultants. - Able to work independently, within a team environment. - IP technology understanding and networking expertise will be considered an asset. - Prior SaaS experience.
