This requires immense ownership and commitment. Tolt (https://tolt.io) helps SaaS companies manage referral and affiliate programs, including partner tracking, payouts, fraud protection, and beautiful portals - all in one place. • Rapidly prototype and ship features using Claude as a coding partner • Architect scalable services and clean frontends • Continuously improve workflows and automation

• Build and maintain engine/editor plugins, runtime SDKs, and services that integrate AI • Ship performant, memory-aware C++ • Design stable API surfaces for game teams • Stand up CI/CD for game builds and tools • Automate QA for tooling and in-engine features • Implement production LLM integrations • Collaborate with studio engineering, tech art, design, and QA • Document patterns and deliver internal training • Influence standards and tech choices for AI

• Writing and reviewing great quality code • Integrate AI tools, including generative AI coding assistants, into Salesforce development workflows. • Use AI for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and integration code generation and optimization. • Implement AI-based code reviews, quality checks, and automated documentation generation. • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs. • Utilize Salesforce DX and DevOps tools to streamline development, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines. • Work with AI-driven testing tools, prompt engineering, and ML model integration via APIs. • Apply NLP and predictive analytics concepts where applicable. • Manage source control using Git and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools. • Use static code analysis tools to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. • Collaborate with development, QA, and release teams to embed AI-driven automation across the SDLC. • Provide guidance on best practices for AI integration in Salesforce development to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
