Role Description We are hiring an Associate – Content Operations to manage and grow our regional creator network for Gyan TV. This role is hands-on and creator-facing, focused on day-to-day coordination, content quality control, creative grooming, and operational execution. The ideal candidate is energetic, people-friendly, and passionate about working closely with creators to improve content quality and engagement. Key Responsibilities - Creator Management & Coordination - Manage and support a network of regional creators (Malayalam). - Act as the primary point of contact for creators on a daily basis. - Build strong, collaborative relationships to drive consistent and high-quality content output. - Onboard and groom new creators, guiding them on content expectations and best practices. - Content Quality & Creative Support - Work closely with creators to brainstorm content ideas, improve scripts, and enhance video flow. - Review scripts and final videos to ensure quality, clarity, and storytelling effectiveness. - Perform quality checks (QC) to ensure content meets language standards, platform guidelines, and brand expectations. - Maintain consistency and elevate content standards across all creators. - Content Operations & Engagement - Handle end-to-end content operations, including tracking, coordination, and approvals. - Plan, write, and publish daily notifications to drive user engagement. - Optimize notification copy to improve click-through rates (CTR). - Ensure smooth execution of daily publishing and operational workflows. Qualifications - Fresher or candidates with 0–2 years of experience. - Strong read, write, and speak communication skills in Malayalam. - Prior experience in content, media, or publishing roles is an added advantage. - Keen interest in content, media, or creator ecosystems. - Comfortable interacting, coordinating, and building rapport with creators. - Energetic, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset. - Basic knowledge of G Suite / MS Office (or strong willingness to learn tools quickly).
