Role Description As a Content Manager at SCRIB3, you will be more than just a writer. You will oversee the entire content lifecycle, from strategy development to content creation, for our crypto clientele. This role demands exceptional writing, strategic planning, subject matter expertise, and operational efficiency to ensure that our content meets and exceeds client expectations. Responsibilities - Strategic Content Development: Understand client needs and collaborate on content strategies to achieve marketing and business goals. Regularly review competitor and client audits to innovate and optimize content. - Content Lifecycle Management: Take full ownership of the content creation process (developing, writing, and editing) ensuring it is client-ready. Implement and maintain systems for efficiency and effectiveness in content production. - Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze content performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize content to client’s goals. - Client and Team Communication: Lead content discussions, interact directly with clients, and actively seek feedback for continuous improvement. - Project Management: Manage content calendars and coordinate with various departments to streamline the content process. - Leadership: Guide and mentor Junior Content Managers to continuously improve their content quality and skills. Qualifications - Exceptional writing and editing skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Analytical mindset with experience in understanding content performance metrics - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Extremely organized and detail-oriented in your day-to-day work and communications Requirements - Previous experience at a marketing/communications agency or other professional services environment (nice to have) - Previous early-stage experience at a blue-chip crypto company (nice to have) - Previous experience in web2 marketing/consulting before transitioning to crypto (nice to have)
