Role Description Room 8 Studio is looking for an Art Project Manager to run outstanding art projects and bring to life the coolest productions in the gaming industry. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in Project Management within game development, preferably in an outsourcing. - Strong understanding of end-to-end project management from initiation to delivery. - Experience managing external stakeholders: expectation management, negotiations, scope control, and building long-term partnerships. - Experience working with art production pipelines (2D, 3D, UI/UX, VFX), understanding workflows, dependencies, and typical risks. - Strong skills in planning, estimation, budgeting, and margin control. - Experience with change management (handling scope changes, change requests, re-estimations). - Ability to work with reports, metrics, and basic financial data. - Confident use of task and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ShotGrid, Asana, ClickUp, etc.). - English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher. Requirements - Lead end-to-end project management from kickoff to final delivery, making sure timelines, scope, and quality are on track. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal management, managing communication, expectations, and building long-term partnerships. - Set up projects: define scope, timelines, team composition, milestones, and delivery approach. - Monitor and control project performance: timelines, team workload, budget, and margin. - Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation steps. - Manage scope changes and change requests, align with clients, re-estimate, and adjust plans when needed. - Ensure transparency and reporting: maintain up-to-date project documentation, reports, and status updates for both internal and external stakeholders. - Support pre-sales & up-sales activities when needed (estimations, proposals, client discussions). - Ensure high level of client satisfaction and support long-term collaboration.
