Position Summary Leads the design and implementation of automated payroll and attendance systems, collaborating with HR, IT, and payroll teams across multiple regions. Ensures system compliance with pay policies and government regulations while overseeing testing and auditing phases to ensure accuracy.Job Description Prepares, documents, distributes and reconciles payroll accurately and timely every cycle. Reviews the computation of pay and associated deductions for accuracy. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of government legislation affecting payroll; understands and follows applicable provisions. May prepare or oversee required tax filings and other reporting. Responds to and resolves inquiries regarding paychecks or payroll reporting. Ensures payroll issues are escalated and resolved promptly. Typically, an Associate Degree (or equivalent) and 4+ years of related experience. #MAR #LI-KP1 #LI-remote Expected Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is $72,800.00 - $91,000.00. Please note this represents the expected range. Role Description We are looking for a detail-driven and proactive Pensions Administrator to join our growing team at Juniper. This role is vital in supporting our payroll bureau service by providing accurate and efficient administration of Teacher (TP), Local Government (LG), NEST, and other pension schemes for our client-base of schools. You’ll ensure that all returns, reconciliations, and queries are handled in a timely manner, in line with pension scheme regulations and guidance. - Process payroll documentation and maintain accurate records. - Manage and monitor pensions timetable, checklist, and in-house payroll/pension systems (Catalyst & Kanban). - Administer Teachers’ Pensions (MDC, MCR, client conversions, year-end, AVCs, starters/leavers/retirements/ill-health via portals and secure email). - Administer Local Government Pensions (monthly returns, portals/iConnect, year-end, AVCs, starters/leavers/retirements/ill-health). - Administer additional schemes (NEST, Standard Life). - Ensure compliance with The Pensions Regulator and reconcile TP/LG monthly calculations. - Investigate and resolve queries via Zendesk; provide management information as required. - Collaborate with colleagues across Onboarding, Finance, HR, and Payroll. - Maintain up-to-date pensions knowledge through training and development.
