• Process bi-weekly payroll for employees and contractors. • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity. • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer payroll-related inquiries from employees and management. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and laws. • Collaborate with HR to manage employee changes such as new hires, terminations, and status changes. • Assist in the annual preparation of payroll tax returns and W-2s. • Implement and improve payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of ADP, Workday and MS Excel.
- Understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with employees and management.

Role Description We are looking for a detail-driven and proactive Pensions Administrator to join our growing team at Juniper. This role is vital in supporting our payroll bureau service by providing accurate and efficient administration of Teacher (TP), Local Government (LG), NEST, and other pension schemes for our client-base of schools.
