*We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Analytics PM Consultant to support a global technology company beginning as soon as possible. Timeline: We’re aiming for a start date of April 6th, 2026, and the role will be a three-month engagement with the possibility of extension based on performance and budget. Work Location Flexibility: This role is fully remote. If you're based in WA state or TX, we offer W2 employment (base + benefits). If you're located outside of WA state or TX, you would need to operate as a 1099 independent contractor, or via an LLC if applicable (no benefits included). As a Data & Analytics Project Manager for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following: - Partnering with engineering and delivery teams to support a recent migration to Azure DevOps (ADO) by triaging and working through the existing development ticket backlog - Collaborating closely with the Datacenter Portfolio Efficiency (DCPE) Tooling team to ensure ongoing alignment, consistency, and compliance across tooling and processes - Gathering and refining business requirements from stakeholders across the Initiative Delivery Team and translating them into actionable work items - Re-designing and standardizing ADO fields, workflows, and formatting to improve usability, data quality, and reporting consistency - Creating and maintaining field-level documentation to ensure shared understanding and clear usage across teams - Designing and building Power BI dashboards sourced from ADO to provide standardized visibility into initiative health, milestones, dependencies, risks, and overall readiness - Integrating risk and readiness signals—including risk assessments, accepted or mitigated risks, and key dependencies—into dashboards to enable proactive decision-making and reduce operational disruption - Supporting and enabling ADO automation efforts to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort across the delivery lifecycle This job is for you if: - You like helping people and don’t need to take credit for success. Job Requirements

  • You have:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Program Manager, Data PM, Technical PM, or similar role supporting delivery, tooling, or data‑driven initiatives
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or comparable work management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally), including:
  • Managing and prioritizing backlogs
  • Configuring fields, workflows, and formatting
  • Supporting teams post‑migration or during process change
  • Demonstrated experience gathering and translating business requirements from cross‑functional stakeholders into clear, actionable work items
  • Strong Power BI experience, including:
  • Building dashboards and reports from operational data sources
  • Creating standardized views for initiative health, milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Designing dashboards for governance, leadership, or executive audiences
  • Experience documenting data definitions, fields, and processes to ensure consistency and shared understanding across teams
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with engineering, tooling, and delivery teams to drive alignment and adoption
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments
  • You might also have:
  • Strong familiarity with Power BI data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design for executive or governance-level audiences
  • Experience working in large, cross-functional environments, especially within infrastructure, datacenter, or portfolio management contexts
  • Background in risk management, readiness tracking, or governance reporting for complex initiatives
