Role Description Lifekind Health is looking for an experienced Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team per diem. Deliver evidence-based psychological and behavioral health services to patients receiving care in a transdisciplinary pain management setting. This role collaborates closely with medical providers, physical reconditioning staff, and care coordination teams to support functional restoration, treatment adherence, and improved quality of life for patients with complex chronic pain conditions. Deliver a combination of group therapy, individual therapy, and behavioral health intakes, depending on clinic needs and scheduling. About the position: Clinical Care - Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and intakes for patients with pain-related conditions - Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, trauma-informed approaches) tailored to chronic pain populations - Facilitate structured group therapy sessions focused on pain coping skills, functional restoration, emotional regulation, and health behavior change - Develop and document individualized treatment plans aligned with the patient’s overall medical and physical reconditioning goals - Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions based on clinical outcomes and interdisciplinary feedback Transdisciplinary Collaboration - Participate in coordinated care workflows alongside medical providers, physical reconditioning clinicians, and clinic operations staff - Communicate behavioral health findings and recommendations clearly to the care team to support integrated treatment planning - Contribute to case discussions, handoffs, and unit-based coordination as scheduled Documentation & Compliance - Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in the electronic health record - Maintain adherence to professional, ethical, legal, and regulatory standards (state licensure, HIPAA, payer requirements) - Support quality assurance and utilization management processes when applicable Patient Experience - Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that reflects the organization’s mission and values - Support patient engagement, adherence, and understanding of treatment recommendations - Capacity to manage emotionally complex clinical situations with professionalism and empathy Qualifications - Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field required - Active, unrestricted CA license (e.g., PsyD/PhD, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent) - Experience providing psychotherapy to adult patients - Experience working with chronic pain, injury recovery, or complex medical populations preferred - Experience conducting psychological evaluations for interventional pain procedures or surgical clearance - Training in CBT, ACT, or other evidence-based pain-focused interventions preferred - Prior experience in integrated or interdisciplinary healthcare settings preferred - Strong clinical documentation and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-based clinical environment - Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required Benefits - Per Diem, as needed - Remote work options Company Description Lifekind Health and Savas Software are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Role Description The Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) serves as a key member of the WAC Special Education team, supporting students in developing the skills needed for meaningful participation in their educational experience. Through a virtual, mentor-based approach, this role provides individualized therapy services, collaborates with families and team members, and contributes to student growth in alignment with Williamsburg Learning’s commitment to personalized, human-centered education. Essential Duties - Direct Student Services (Virtual Delivery) - Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students in a fully virtual setting (up to 20 hours/week) - Implement IEP goals related to fine motor, sensory processing, executive functioning, and adaptive skills - Utilize creative and engaging strategies to support student participation in an online learning environment - Evaluation & Documentation - Conduct virtual assessments and contribute to initial evaluations and re-evaluations - Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with IDEA and state guidelines - Develop and update IEP goals, progress reports, and service logs - Collaboration & Consultation - Partner with mentors, SPED team members, and families to support student success - Provide consultation and strategies to support accommodations and modifications in the virtual classroom - Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as a related service provider - Compliance & Case Support - Ensure services are delivered in alignment with IEP requirements and service minutes - Stay informed on federal, state, and WAC-specific special education compliance requirements - Support audit readiness and contribute to maintaining high-quality program standards - Program Contribution & Continuous Improvement - Contribute to the development of innovative virtual therapy practices aligned with WL’s philosophy of blending classical education with modern tools - Engage in team meetings, professional development, and collaborative problem-solving - Support a culture of proactive communication, growth mindset, and continuous improvement Qualifications - Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy - Active Colorado Occupational Therapist license (required) - Experience working with school-aged students, preferably in a special education setting - Familiarity with virtual service delivery or willingness to adapt to teletherapy models - Strong understanding of IEP development, IDEA compliance, and related service requirements - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team connection Work Conditions - This role is primarily virtual; however, the Occupational Therapist must be able to conduct in-person evaluations within the state of Colorado as needed to ensure compliance and high-quality student support. - Must be available during regular business hours and peak enrollment cycles. - Occasional off-hour virtual meetings may be required.
