Client Sites Specialist

• Monitor and complete all foreclosure-related messages, processes, and tasks on the client sites • Update and respond as needed • Act as a liaison between clients and Foreclosure South Operations and Attorneys • Perform a variety of duties related to handling loans in client systems to ensure we meet clients’ standards and timelines • Utilize reports and system-generated workflows to identify matters requiring escalation • Timely update general foreclosure processes on foreclosure files in internal case management system and client sites • Work client sites through all stages of foreclosure process • Monitor, re-project, and complete document processes for SOTs, assignments, deeds, and other documents • Communicate with various departments and respond to inquiries from clients and staff • Timely respond to system messages accurately and thoroughly with professionalism/courtesy • Upload/download documents as required • Perform any other client required system tasks • Maintain proper notes within internal and client system of record • Keep managers and/or team leads informed of issues of concern • Attend monthly performance calls with various clients • Monitor client portfolio of loans within team structure, including scorecard handling and monthly reporting
Job Requirements
- Associate Degree or equivalent professional experience
- High degree of attention to detail
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel and Adobe PDF
- Prior knowledge of foreclosure processes
- Ability to analyze files for completeness
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with competing priorities
- Ability to work with staff and attorneys across multiple teams and states

• Own the engine behind our Amazon operation: forecasting, replenishment, automation, and inventory performance across FBA and 3PL • Design SKU-level demand forecasts across Amazon marketplaces • Build automated replenishment systems between 3PL and FBA • Maintain 60+ days coverage at FBA while optimizing stock across the pipeline • Improve forecast accuracy (MAPE) and eliminate stockouts & excess inventory • Lead automation projects (alerts, triggers, dashboards) with BI & Tech teams • Turn Amazon data into real-time decisions that impact revenue and profitability
