• Kundenentwicklung: Du identifizierst und entwickelst systematisch Vertriebspotenziale innerhalb deines Segments. • Multiproduktvertrieb: Du betreust Kunden mit unterschiedlichen strategischen Lösungen innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe. • Cross-Selling & Lösungskompetenz: Du planst und realisierst Verkaufsförderungsmaßnahmen für Gruppen- und Partnerprodukte. • Strategische Schnittstelle: Du agierst als Bindeglied zwischen Kunden, internen Fachabteilungen und Partnern. • Reporting & Forecasting: Du steuerst dein Segment anhand relevanter KPIs, erstellst verlässliche Forecasts und berichtest direkt an die Teamleitung. • Tools & Prozesse: Du baust geeignete Tools und Prozesse auf, entwickelst sie weiter und setzt sie zur effizienten und strukturierten Kundenbetreuung ein. • Umsatzverantwortung: Du verantwortest die Erreichung der Umsatzziele in deinem Bereich und unterstützt aktiv bei der Umsetzung interner Projekte.
Job Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit hoher IT-Affinität
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb von ERP-Systemen oder komplexen IT-Lösungen (Multiproduktvertrieb), idealerweise mit Fokus auf Bestandskunden- bzw. Account-Management
- Kombination aus strategischem Denken und pragmatischer, operativer Umsetzung mit klarer Zielorientierung auf Umsatzziele
- Souveränes Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungssicherheit – auch auf C-Level
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Zielorientierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und modernen Reporting-Tools
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der DACH-Region
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
