AI Coding Specialist – AI Engineer

GUS Group

• Integration and use of AI tools in the software development process (e.g., code assistants, LLMs, automation) • Design and optimization of AI-assisted coding workflows • Evaluation of new AI models, tools, and frameworks for software development • Support for the development team in adopting AI for coding • Development of internal tools, prompts, and automations • Analysis of productivity gains from AI and continuous process improvement • Collaboration with engineering, DevOps, and product management

Job Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in computer science, software development, or a related field
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for developers (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.)
  • Understanding of LLMs, APIs, and AI integrations
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern development environments
  • Analytical thinking and interest in new technologies
  • Nice to have: experience with LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks
  • Experience in prompt engineering
  • Knowledge of DevOps, automation, or ML workflows
  • Experience with AI agents or code generation systems
