Our ideal candidate will be responsible for validating that system functionality aligns with business requirements, identify defects, and help ensure that changes do not negatively impact existing capabilities. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring system quality, stability, and compliance as enhancements, fixes, and releases are delivered across development, test, and production environments. We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills and a desire to enhance those skills in a challenging, high visibility environment. Responsibilities: - Execute manual test cases for Momentum Financials across multiple environments. - Analyze business requirements, user stories, and design documents to develop and maintain detailed test cases and test scripts. - Validate end-to-end business processes, including core federal financial functions (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Budget Execution, Procure-to-Pay). - Perform regression testing to ensure system stability after enhancements, defect fixes, and releases. - Identify, document, and track defects using approved tools; work closely with developers and functional teams to support defect resolution and retesting. - Collaborate with functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage. - Support the Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) team. - Participate in test planning and test readiness reviews. - Ensure all testing activities comply with VA quality assurance standards and documentation requirements. - Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects. - Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, templates, and standards. Qualifications: Required - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) - 3+ years of experience in testing, with a focus on functional and regression testing - ERP systems testing experience, preferably Momentum Financials or similar federal financial systems - Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC), testing methodologies, and defect management processes - Experience developing and executing test cases based on business and functional requirements - Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM) - Ability to analyze complex business processes and validate system behavior against requirements - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepancies and system issues - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience documenting test results and defects - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Desired: - Experience supporting Momentum Financials or other federal financial ERP systems - Knowledge of federal financial management processes (e.g., USSGL, Budget, AR, etc.) - Experience supporting or interacting with IV&V teams - Exposure to automated testing tools or frameworks - Understanding of Agile methodologies and participation in sprint ceremonies - Knowledge of configuration management and release processes This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. • Leading design quality engineering activities across the software development lifecycle - from risk assessments and quality planning through design reviews, V&V, and post-market monitoring. • Reviewing and approving design input/output artifacts including requirements documents, design specifications, code reviews, and verification and validation test plans and reports. • Ensuring all software design controls are compliant with IEC 62304, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory guidance - and that compliance is demonstrated, not assumed. • Developing and maintaining risk analysis tools and risk management plans across Foresight’s suite of software systems. • Creating and revising SOPs to define software quality and release readiness requirements, shepherding documents through design and documentation control processes. • Supporting and leading cross-functional validation planning efforts for software systems, coordinating with teams on timely remediation of compliance gaps. • Managing NCR and CAPA processes - investigating and resolving end-user issues, tracking metrics and closing the loop. • Supporting cybersecurity process adherence across the product portfolio. • Participating in external audits with regulatory bodies including CAP, CLIA, and ISO certification bodies. • Monitoring process efficiency through internal audits and reporting that drives real improvement.

• Create and maintain global GCP audit programs in collaboration with the Director QA-GCP. • Manage the vendor qualification program of assigned vendors. • Manage (planning, execution, and delivery) and/or oversee audit activities in the GCP area for all phases of clinical studies, suppliers, systems, and documents to assess compliance with Tubulis SOPs and applicable regulations and guidelines. • Identify compliance issues, communicate results to and educate auditees, project teams, and management. • Manage audit activities for GLP vendors and review and approve GLP quality documentation provided by vendor. • Provide GxP expertise in collaboration with relevant internal functions to identify, assess, and communicate quality-related risks and trends and improvement opportunities.

• Review and oversee the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program for all project phases • Conduct regular audits of contractor activities to verify conformity with design documents and project specifications • Ensure that contractors are utilizing the latest revisions of design documents • Monitor the proper storage and maintenance of materials and equipment • Review and evaluate construction test reports and compliance documentation • Provide oversight of construction activities • Ensure that all quality records and 'as-built' documentation are properly maintained
