• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring measurable business results and long-term scalability. • Connect execution with business value: define and track project KPIs that reflect operational efficiency, automation, and ROI impact. • Manage complex stakeholder environments, including executive sponsors, steering committees, and multi-level governance structures. • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align delivery with strategic priorities. • Anticipate risks and manage escalations with a sense of urgency and solution-driven mindset. • Ensure adherence to agreed scope, timeline, and budget, while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. • Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement within project frameworks and client interactions. • Represent the company as a trusted advisor, strengthening partnerships through clarity, accountability, and business insight.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within Payments, FinTech, or Financial Operations.
- Proven track record managing enterprise-scale, multi-stakeholder projects with high business impact.
- Experience linking project outcomes to business performance metrics (e.g., cost efficiency, automation gains, NPS, ROI).
- Strong understanding of payment flows, reconciliation systems, and financial reporting.
- Advanced command of project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead under pressure, manage ambiguity, and drive alignment with demanding executive sponsors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills, both technical and business-oriented.
- High sense of ownership and urgency, with the ability to make decisions and move initiatives forward proactively.
