• Build Simetrik's US demand engine from the ground up. • Own the US field calendar, ABM and the Experience Club program. • Manage PR and media relations, organic LinkedIn presence at the demand-gen layer. • Negotiate sponsorships and own post-event SAO conversion. • Build and run named-account programs for tier-1 US targets. • Stand up and run Simetrik's US executive community. • Manage the US PR agency and build Simetrik's presence in industry networks. • Own the demand-gen surfaces of simetrik.com and partner with GTM Engineering on demand funnel.

About the Role The BI Analytics Ops Specialist collects and analyzes information to inform optimal operational and strategic decisions. This role involves close collaboration with engineering and product management, requiring a strong engineering background and expertise in SQL and Python for querying large databases. Key Responsibilities - Ensure data quality by preparing and configuring source extractions, including normalization and transformation. - Logically structure and construct reconciliation queries. - Develop reports, presentations and dashboards. • Analyze and complete technical and compliance questionnaires related to regulations such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and client-specific requirements. • Ensure clear, consistent responses aligned with internal policies and industry standards. • Prepare and coordinate responses to RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information), ensuring alignment with client requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams to consolidate technical, regulatory, and strategic information. • Design and maintain a centralized database of questionnaire responses, updated with the latest security standards. • Implement tools and processes to automate response preparation and optimize workflow. • Support the commercial team in pre-sales, participating in client meetings and addressing questions about security and compliance capabilities. • Translate technical and regulatory requirements into customized solutions for clients. • Work closely with Security, Compliance, and Legal teams to collect evidence and documentation supporting submitted responses. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard pre-sales materials, including predefined responses, security architecture diagrams, and whitepapers. • Coordinate and respond to security audits requested by clients, ensuring alignment with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards. • Act as the point of contact between clients and internal teams during audits. • Ensure that responses and documentation comply with relevant regulations and standards such as GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001, among others.
• Collaborate with the sales team and customers to define the required capabilities needed to create an after implementation scenario to deliver positive business outcomes. • Design and present proof points as evidence of compliance with said required capabilities. • Said proof point include but are not limited to: Product demonstrations or presentations to showcase how the company's products or services can solve the customer's problems and meet their needs. • Customized solutions that address the customer's required capabilities, often involving technical specifications and architecture. • Proof of Concepts to demonstrate feasibility of the designed solution. • Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP (Request for Proposal) responses, and other documentation required by prospects. • Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and a strong understanding of the technology and industry trends relevant to those offerings. • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and the company's product/service offerings to provide the most up-to-date information to customers. • Provide feedback from customer interactions to the product development and marketing teams to enhance the company's offerings. • Research and analyze competitors' products and services to highlight the advantages and unique selling points of the company's offerings.
