• Collaborate with service management resources to manage and prioritise project backlog. • Work with architects to deliver and onboard a future vision (tooling, processes, design, etc.), such that it meets stakeholder requirements. • Maintain and, where possible, assist in improvement of existing tooling, processes and designs to assist in meeting short term requirements, while aligning with longer term vision. • Collaborate with stakeholder teams to successfully integrate into business processes and engineering (e.g. CI/CD pipelines) in a supportable and scalable manner. • Assist in creating standards, policies, self-service automation, and general implementation of agreed designs. • Mentor and guide team members on best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Stay abreast of emerging technologies in the space, and more generally and ensure these are added to training regimes where applicable. • Play a role in incident management escalations, utilizing tooling and processes to optimize troubleshooting capabilities, and to ensure continuous improvement. • Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and security regulations, safeguarding data integrity and privacy.
