Job Requirements
- Erste Erfahrungen im Betrieb von SaaS-Plattformen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerk, Security und Backup-Lösungen sowie Datenbank-Grundlagen (inkl. Clustering, Backup/Restore) und Linux-Administration
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von High Availability, Skalierung, Disaster Recovery sowie Release-, Update- und Patch-/Maintenance-Prozessen
- Erfahrung mit Automatisierung und Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Ansible, Terraform) wünschenswert
- Verständnis von ERP-Einführungen, Change-Management-Prozessen sowie eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung mit Fokus auf Servicequalität, Verlässlichkeit und professionellen Umgang mit Eskalationen und kritischen Betriebssituationen von Vorteil
