• Own and manage the full product lifecycle from initial concept through development, launch, and market expansion. • Define and maintain the product backlog and long-term strategic roadmap. • Develop a clear product vision and strategy aligned with industry trends and SAP’s evolving technology landscape. • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive environment to identify new opportunities. • Lead the definition, planning, and scoping of new features or complementary products. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Consulting to execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies. • Engage proactively with SAP, customers, and ecosystem partners to drive co-innovation. • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams through development and continuous improvement of the product.
Job Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field of study.
- 5–7 years of experience in SAP Product Management.
- Strong understanding of bulk logistics and automation processes.
- Experience with SAP BTP, AI capabilities, and Joule Agents is an advantage.
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Proven ability to plan proactively and execute tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to lead workshops and strategic discussions up to C-Level.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Product Manager – Credit, Cash Advance, Lending

• Own underwriting logic for both cash advances and loans. • Partner with Data Science to refine model thresholds, LTV caps, expected-loss calculations, and override rules. • Improve calibration between expected loss (EL) and actual portfolio performance. • Ensure decisioning is fast, consistent, and scalable across asset categories. • Improve clarity, trust, and ease-of-use in the borrowing experience. • Reduce friction and increase completion rates for both cash advances and loans. • Monitor loss rates, delinquency, utilization, and customer repayment behavior. • Work with Finance to maintain healthy margins and capital efficiency. • Implement guardrails that reduce adverse selection and improve overall risk quality. • Build dashboards and reporting that clearly communicate model health. • Own CX/Ops flows related to funding, repayment, manual review, and exceptions. • Build and own the quarterly roadmap for cash advances and lending.
• Own Alt’s valuation engine (Alt Value) — core infrastructure that powers real-time collection pricing, cash advances, lending, and future asset classes. • Improve model accuracy, expand pricing coverage, accelerate speed-to-value, and build the ML foundation to scale into new asset categories. • Redesign workflows to reduce pricing turnaround from days → hours. • Define the roadmap for new data sources, attributes, comps, and metadata. • Drive alignment across Engineering, Data, Marketplace Ops, and CX. • Build the quarterly roadmap for pricing, ML, and HITL systems.
