Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing or comparable healthcare experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, technical, and operational partners
- Proficiency with common technology tools, including Microsoft Office and clinical system navigation
- Commitment to high standards of patient care, documentation quality, and regulatory compliance
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Business, or a related field
- Experience with nursing scheduling tools, clinical documentation systems, or virtual care platforms
- Experience supporting system testing, workflow validation, or implementations
- Familiarity with accreditation, audit preparation, or regulatory reporting

As CTCL’s Organizing Associate, you will support CTCL’s nonpartisan advocacy strategy to empower elections officials in administering inclusive and secure elections.
