Client Success Manager
Spiral
• Build Client Relationships • Support and own relationships with a portfolio of clients • Join and lead client calls • Help clients feel confident using Spiral, and supported in their day-to-day needs • Support Client Performance • Help track and share client performance (adoption, engagement, etc.) • Assist in preparing reports and insights for client meetings • Learn how to identify opportunities to improve client results • Manage Requests & Support • Respond to client questions and requests in a timely, thoughtful way • Work with internal teams (product, engineering, implementation) to resolve issues • Keep track of open items and follow through to completion • Retain and Expand Existing Client Relationships • Support client renewal conversations by helping demonstrate the value of Spiral • Assist in identifying opportunities to expand product usage within existing clients • Partner with leadership on upsell opportunities and client growth strategies • Learn how to position product value in client conversations
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in client-facing, customer support, account management, or similar roles
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with clients
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Interest in fintech, SaaS, or working with banks/credit unions is a plus

Customer Success Executive

• Serve as a forward-deployed implementation and customer success lead, spending multiple days per week onsite at assigned client locations. • Own post-sale delivery: workflow discovery, solution configuration, rollout, and adoption across nursing and clinical operations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare staff, operational leaders, executives, and IT teams, acting as a trusted advisor and execution partner. • Lead product implementations, focusing on aligning solutions with nursing workflows and operational processes. • Train nursing teams and other healthcare staff on the effective use of Hippocratic AI solutions, ensuring ongoing adoption and measurable, sustained success. • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and patient care outcomes using AI tools, particularly in bedside care and broader healthcare operations. • Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and addressing operational concerns. • Collaborate with internal teams such as product, sales, and engineering to relay client feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and improve user experiences. • Establish and track metrics to measure success, including patient care outcomes, team adoption rates, and operational efficiencies—present results to client and internal stakeholders. • Travel extensively to healthcare facilities for onsite support and training, and participate in strategic in-office sessions in Palo Alto. • Collaborate with client leadership teams to share best practices from AI implementation, including presenting at conferences/webinars on the impact of AI in Nursing and Health System Operations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for payer organizations, building trusted relationships with stakeholders across clinical operations, utilization management, care management, and executive leadership. • Lead onboarding and implementation efforts for AI-driven products, ensuring alignment with payer workflows in areas such as prior authorization, case management, member services, and provider engagement. • Drive user adoption by training health plan staff on solution functionality and demonstrating real-world applications that support operational goals. • Identify and validate opportunities to improve cost efficiency, member outcomes, and administrative throughput using Hippocratic AI’s capabilities. • Manage ongoing client communications, proactively addressing issues, gathering feedback, and translating needs into product and engineering insights. • Define success metrics tailored to payer use cases, such as turnaround time improvements, staffing efficiency, and member or provider satisfaction. • Partner with internal teams to ensure product performance meets client expectations and aligns with regulatory and compliance standards. • Participate in industry forums, conferences, and webinars to share best practices and thought leadership around AI in payer operations.
