• Identifying and engaging with potential customers through cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, and any creative strategies you think will work to book meetings • Qualifying prospects and generating a steady pipeline for our sales team • Guiding leads through the sales funnel by setting appointments, following up, and tracking progress toward sales goals • Using Salesforce (our CRM) to track leads and manage sales activities • Staying ahead of the curve on market trends and competition

• Successfully manage a portfolio of customers and prioritize amidst multiple competing priorities, escalations, and deadlines • Develop a deep understanding of a client’s business, brand, industry, and its consumers • Proactively track accounts to identify early warning signs of churn risk • Establish internal action plans to address customer concerns • Act as an advocate for the client and provide structured requests or feedback to the Product team • Establish and improve service procedures, policies, and standards through best practices • Take responsibility for positively building client relationships over time as their go-to trusted advisor

• Own and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for all legal entities across UAE, KSA, India, and Singapore. • Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and applicable local accounting standards. • Manage group consolidations, including intercompany accounting, eliminations, reconciliations, and transfer pricing support. • Lead statutory audits across all jurisdictions and act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax advisors, and consultants. • Ensure full compliance with country-specific regulatory and tax requirements. • Oversee all statutory filings, regulatory submissions, and local financial statements in each jurisdiction. • Develop and maintain board- and investor-ready consolidated reporting packs, including commentary and key financial insights. • Design, implement, and continuously enhance internal control frameworks, financial policies, and SOPs across all entities.
