The Agency Fund
• Coordinate and manage a large-scale randomized controlled trial (RCT) of Noora Health’s maternal and child health program in India • Work closely with data and behavioral scientists from The Agency Fund, researchers from UC Berkeley, and partners at Noora Health • Organize and document weekly meetings with various teams and partners involved in the RCT • Track and follow up on deliverables and action items for all stakeholders • Identify and bring up issues, needs, risks, and blockers to progress • Review project performance to identify areas for improvement • Ensure timely and rigorous completion of the RCT.
Job Requirements
- Have a Master’s degree in economics, public health, statistics, management, or a related field
- Have 2-3 years of work experience in project management, especially in the non-profit or social impact sector
- Have strong organization, communication, and prioritization skills
- Can be assertive and tactful to ensure timely and quality execution
- Are comfortable in a relatively flat team structure
- Are willing to work across time zones (primarily India Standard Time, with colleagues in the U.S.)
- Care deeply about impact, curiosity, and learning
- Thrive in a collaborative environment where feedback is shared openly
- Bonus points if you have familiarity with RCTs or similar empirical research, knowledge of basic statistics, e.g., OLS regression, experience working remotely and across time zones.

Manages and coordinates all aspects of construction projects, including executing plans, organizing, budgeting, and cost reporting. This position oversees projects from early planning and design through execution and closeout, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Senior Construction Project Manager collaborates closely with operations, engineering teams, contractors, and vendors to uphold quality standards, manage risk, and support long-term operational excellence. Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution - Lead the planning, development, and execution of multiple capital construction projects simultaneously. - Develop, review, and manage approved project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and budgets. - Coordinate contractor bidding, selection, and contract execution. - Maintain accurate construction records and databases for active and completed projects. - Conduct inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure work meets approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
